Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the digital exhibitions, 3D spatial visualizers, architectural monographs, and curatorial archives available on Sceneminglebox.com, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sceneminglebox Calcio Heritage Foundation S.r.l. ("the Foundation", "we", "us"). If you do not consent unconditionally to all provisions outlined herein, you must immediately terminate access to the service.
2. Intellectual Property & Curatorial Rights
All textual essays, 3D wireframe algorithms, spatial projection models, vector emblems, custom stylesheets, and curated archival chronologies published on this website constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Foundation or are utilized under authorized cultural fair-use and licensing agreements.
- Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to view and reference materials for academic and educational research.
- Systematic automated scraping, mass data harvesting, commercial republishing, or unauthorized mirroring of our 3D stadium models is strictly prohibited without explicit written curatorial authorization.
3. Limitation of Liability & Archival Accuracy
While our curatorial team executes rigorous historical and architectural verification against municipal blueprints and FIGC historical records, all dossiers, statistics, seating estimates, and structural evaluations are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for cultural appreciation.
The Foundation disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from technical interruptions, WebGL rendering anomalies, or reliance upon historical chronologies.
4. User Conduct & Security Obligations
Users agree not to engage in any activity that compromises server integrity, injects malicious code, attempts SQL injection or Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), or interferes with real-time WebGL canvas rendering pipelines across client devices.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Rome (Tribunale Ordinario di Roma).
